How Shipping Works

All Acura parts ordered before 4:30 pm EST will be shipped the same day, unless there is a problem with your payment. We may be able to ship up until 4:30 pm PST for our West Coast clients, depending on part availability. Two day service does not begin the day you order. Day one is the day after your shipment leaves our warehouse. Your order should arrive on day two. Weekends and Holidays are excluded.

Honda to Advance Luxury with
Acura Design

In 1986 Honda accomplished something 10 years in the making. They released a luxury Japanese vehicle named Acura. Acura proved to be a highly popular vehicle and accomplished two major feats upon introduction. First is showed automotive consumers that Honda had the ability to be economical, putting function before form but now they also had the ability to be luxurious. This in turn, paved the way for the likes of Toyota and Nissan to introduce their own luxury line of automobiles. Acura started out with their Legend and Integra models first and followed that up in 1990 with the NSX Coupe.

Honda Expanded Manufacturing

In 1990, Honda expanded manufacturing and research to the US, which was the company's primary market for Acura. During that same year Honda was working on how to introduce Acura to their Canadian and European markets. By 1991, Honda successfully launched the Acura vehicles into the Hong Kong market. The Acura Vigor was introduced in 1992 and the Acura TL was introduced in 1995.

Acura Expands Models

In the mid-1990's Honda reduced production in order to make necessary changes to the overall concept and the Acura designs were eventually completely changed in 2000. In 2000 Acura introduced the Integra Type R, MD-X, NSX, NSX GT, RL and TL. These changes once again catapulted Acura to the top as a leading Japanese luxury vehicle. One of the strongest features about the Acura appeals to Import Tuners as Acura is easy to modify. Keeping this feature while adding strong performance features and an affordable price gave Acura the strength it had when it first hit the market.
Today, Acura is still a leader in the Japanese Luxury Vehicles. Honda maintains a simple but elegant design for their Acura line and combine that with functional technologies and systems.

Company Background

All Acura Parts is a division of Hirsch Industries, Inc. It was established as an auto recycling and repair operation in 1991 in Phoenix, Arizona. The recycling and repair divisions were sold in 2004 and we now ship new Acura components within the continental United States from centrally located warehouses in the United States. Our offices are still in Arizona however we are sorry to say we do not warehouse within the Phoenix area.
